I'm rocking the chop on 03/05/2026

I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!

I’ve decided to #ROCKTHECHOP for Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project.

I’ve been thinking about cutting my hair for a long time, and now it finally feels like the right moment. It’s grown to a length where it can truly make a difference — and that means more to me than just a new look.
Six years ago, when my mum lost her hair during cancer treatment, I wanted so badly to shave mine off in support of her. I didn’t do it then, but that feeling has never left me. I remember her asking if she should get a wig, and it stuck with me — how something as simple as hair can mean so much during such a hard time.
So this time, I’m doing it with purpose. I’m donating my hair in the hope that it becomes a wig for someone who needs it — someone who will wear it, love it, and feel like themselves again. I’ve loved my hair for years, and now it’s time for someone else to love it just as much.
I’m doing this for my mum, my aunty, my cousin, and my friend — and for everyone who’s faced cancer with strength and courage.
This is more than a haircut. 💛

Please donate to help stop cancer.
