My family story
Tuesday 4th Nov My Nana has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, with 2 tumours in her brain and one in her lung the cancer has spread through her body. She has endured radiation treatment and is currently going through chemotherapy. As an important person in my life her illness and grappling with the concept of losing her has been challenging for myself, my family and her friends. She is full of life, love and laughter and watching this illness take that away has been the hardest part. I am rocking the chop so she doesn’t feel so alone through this and to give her hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel. She is the strongest woman I know and is fortunate she has access to such great healthcare. I hope that in raising money for this cause I am able to help those who can’t afford treatment and enable more research to improve peoples’ recovery process.Thank you to my Sponsors
