I'm rocking the chop on 13/10/2023

I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!

I’ve decided to #ROCKTHECHOP for Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project. Cancer affects us all and its time we all stood together to do something about it. Please donate to help stop cancer.

This Ponytail Project is where we cut off at least 20 cm of our hair  to make wigs, or is send for research. The hair cut also highlights the sudden impacts cancer can have on cancer patients' lives.
It can take between 20 and 25 ponytails to make a wig, and the Ponytail Project has already made 2,185 wigs!!

I think we all have been affected by cancer in our lives - whether that's been a friend, a family member, or someone else. This is such a cause of pain, and our hopes are to play our part in helping out. 

Ariel, Estella Sands and I are also participating in the Relay For Life after our haircuts, where we spend the day walking on an athletics track to raise money and awareness. We would greatly appreciate if you could go check that out too!
