Yimmy’s New Look, Shaped by a Breast Cancer Survivor’s Hands
1 in 2 Queenslanders will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
It sucks.
And for me, it’s personal.
A close friend of mine has bravely battled breast cancer facing every challenge with strength and resilience. Her journey inspired me to take action.
That’s why I’ve joined the Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project, a powerful campaign raising funds to support Queenslanders impacted by cancer.
For the past three years, I’ve been growing my hair with one goal in mind:
To chop it off and help make a difference.
Not only will every dollar raised go toward cancer research, prevention, and support services
My hair will also be donated to create wigs for people undergoing cancer treatment.
This isn’t just a haircut.
It’s a tribute to courage, a gift of confidence, and a step toward change.
