I’m rocking the chop to encourage medical wig donations

I’m taking part in Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project campaign to encourage others to donate hair for medical wigs.

Throughout the year, I’ll be growing my hair as long as possible before chopping off my ponytail to donate to wigmakers that provide wigs to people experiencing medical hair loss. I'll be having my head blade-shaved and seeking corporate donations to advertise their brand on my naked scalp!

Every ponytail chopped will make a difference to the lives of people affected by medical hair loss #chopforchange.

All funds raised will go towards cancer research, prevention programs and support services. This means everything from transport to get cancer patients to and from their medical appointments, to assisting childcare facilities to keep kids safe from the sun.
