I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!
I’ve decided to #ROCKTHECHOP for Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project. My daughter Letisha died from bowel cancer in 2019 leaving behind two small children. Letisha was misdiagnosed by many doctors for a long period of time, by the time the cancer was discovered it was too late and she died 20 months later. We need to get the word out about bowel cancer symptoms and risks. Cancer council were amazing support for me with counselling during Letisha’s illness and death. I am chopping my hair on what would have been Letisha’s 43rd birthday. Cancer affects us all and it’s time we all stood together to do something about it.
