$850 and Growing – Hope in Every Strand 💛

When Matilda first said she wanted to cut 20 centimetres off her hair, we knew it was brave.

What we didn’t know was how quickly people would rally behind her.

We have already raised $850.

Eight hundred and fifty dollars. For cancer research. For families walking through treatment. For hope.

To say we are blown away is an understatement.

This started as one 10-year-old deciding she wanted to do something positive while her grandad goes through cancer treatment, and while her Musical Theatre teacher, Miss T, faces breast cancer with incredible strength. It started with one decision.

And now it’s growing.

Hair grows back.

But community? That grows when people choose to show up.

Every donation so far has meant more than just a number on a page. It has meant encouragement. It has meant belief. It has meant Matilda feeling supported in something that is genuinely a big deal for her.

December 1st is still ahead of us. The big chop is still coming.
