I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!

In July 2022 my Mum was diagnosed with cancer. Like her, 1 in 2 Queenslanders will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime?  Together, we can help raise funds to put an end to this disease.  

I’m taking part in Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project campaign to raise funds that will support Queenslanders impacted by cancer. to support people like my mum back in 2022

Throughout the year, I’ll be growing my hair as long as possible alongside peers all across Queensland. I am so grateful to be part of this charity so that I can create change for those who need it most. I love my mum so much, and she is the biggest inspiration in my life. I want to support her dreams of raising money towards cancer treatment.

All funds raised will go towards cancer research, prevention programs and support services. This means everything from transport to get cancer patients to and from their medical appointments, to assisting childcare facilities to keep kids safe from the sun.
