I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!

Did you know that 1 in 2 Queenslanders will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime?

I’m taking part in Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project campaign to raise funds that will support Queenslanders impacted by cancer.

I will be rocking the chop to support those suffering from all forms of cancer. Seeing the pain and mental strain cancer has put on my family especially my beautiful Mum who suffered from breast cancer, has made me want to help other through the difficult times. I want to raise money to help others and provide resources. Donating my hair to create wigs for those going through chemotherapy will hopefully help them feel stronger and supported. Every ponytail chopped will make a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer #chopforchange.

All funds raised will go towards cancer research, prevention programs and support services. This means everything from transport to get cancer patients to and from their medical appointments, to assisting childcare facilities to keep kids safe from the sun.
