I'm rocking the chop on 28/08/2026

Following in my sisters footsteps and because my family member had breast cancer and im supporting her.

Did you know that 1 in 2 Queenslanders will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime?

I’m taking part in Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project campaign to raise funds that will support Queenslanders impacted by cancer.

I’m cutting my hair to raise funds for cancer because I want to make a difference in the lives of people and families affected by this disease. Hair is something that can grow back, but for many cancer patients, the journey they face is far more challenging. By taking part in the fundraiser, I’m hoping to raise awareness, support vital cancer research, and help provide care and resources for those who need it most. Every donation, big or small, will help us bring us one step closer to better treatments, improved support services, and ultimately, a future without cancer. Thank you for supporting me and this important cause.

All funds raised will go towards cancer research, prevention programs and support services. This means everything from transport to get cancer patients to and from their medical appointments, to assisting childcare facilities to keep kids safe from the sun.

I know that I can help create change.

Will you support me?
