I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!

I’m going to be taking part in the ponytail project to raise money and spread awareness for cancer. On the 8th of October I will be cutting most of my hair off to donate to go towards the creation of wigs for people who have cancer. Any money I raise will be donated to cancer council to help support cancer research. Personally cancer has impacted people in my life and unfortunately earlier this year I lost my grandmother to it. Doing this means a lot to me and I believe it is a really great cause. Any donation big or small can have a big impact. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

I’m taking part in Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project campaign to raise funds that will support Queenslanders impacted by cancer.

Throughout the year, I’ll be growing my hair as long as possible, alongside peers all across Queensland, before chopping off my ponytail and rocking a brand new hairdo. Every ponytail chopped will make a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer #chopforchange.

All funds raised will go towards cancer research, prevention programs and support services. This means everything from transport to get cancer patients to and from their medical appointments, to assisting childcare facilities to keep kids safe from the sun.

I know that I can help create change.
