Hi guys, I’m Sally and on the 20th of January a group of girls and I from downlands college will be cutting of our hair to donate to cancer research aswell as the actually ponytail being used to create wigs for those affected. The cause is deep in my heart as I have grown up surrounded by this horrible disease. I have watched some of my closest family and friends struggle through diagnosis and treatments while continuing to be the strongest people I have ever met (shoutout to my nana and my dad who have taught me to appreciate the small things in life and stay strong and positive). I truely believe that everyone should get involved and support where we can, but also stick together as we never know what people are going through in life. If you would like to show your support you can either donate, come to the fundraising event or even just share the chop squad page! 🫶
