I'm rocking the chop on 22/12/2026
I'm chopping my hair to make a change!
This year, I'm taking part in the Cancer Council's Ponytail Project to raise money for Queenslanders affected by cancer.
Cancer affects so many people, with 1 in 2 Queenslanders being diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, which could be ourselves, a family member, a friend, or someone we know.
I'm chopping my hair on the 22nd of October and have been growing it throughout the year before this heartening event. Every donation will help fund cancer research, support services, and practical assistance such as transport and accommodation for patients travelling for treatment.
My original fundraising goal was $500 which got raised to $1000, then $2000 and since that has been reached in just a few days, a goal of $3000 is now set! Every contribution will make a difference.
