I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!
Did you know that 1 in 2 Queenslanders will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime?
This year, I’m taking part in Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project to help support people and families impacted by cancer across Queensland.
Over the next few months, I’ll be growing my hair as long as I can before cutting it all off to raise money and donate my ponytail. It’s a small change for me, but it can make a huge difference for someone else.
On Friday 31st of July, I’ll be rocking the chop alongside my fellow grade as we all come together to support this cause 💛
Every dollar raised helps fund cancer research, prevention programs, and vital support services for people going through some of the hardest moments of their lives. From helping patients get to treatment appointments to funding support for families and communities, every donation truly matters.
