I’m rocking the chop to put a stop to cancer!
Did you know that 1 in 2 Queenslanders will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime?
This year, I’m growing my hair for a reason close to my heart. Cancer has impacted my life and the lives of people I care deeply about, and I’m ready to do something meaningful in their honour.
As part of the Cancer Council Ponytail Project, I’ll be growing my hair throughout the year before taking the big step, chopping off my ponytail to raise funds and awareness. It’s a small act that can spark big change.
Every dollar raised helps fund cancer research, prevention programs, and essential support services for patients and families. From transport to treatment, to sun‑safety programs for kids, your generosity makes a real difference.
